GUESTROOMS:

Feature either one King or Queen size bed or two Queen size beds with a sitting area and working desk.  All guestrooms are equipped with cable service, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and service, hair dryer, iron and full sized ironing board.

These rates do not include the current Salem City Occupancy Tax of 10% and/or any other fees imposed by the City or State at the time of your meeting.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

The Hotel is a 100% smoke free environment.  We do not allow smoking in public areas, meeting space or in guest rooms.   Any guest found to be smoking in their guest room will be assessed a fee up to 0.00 for cleaning.  The fee will be billed to the guest room folio.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

Our check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon.  Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.  Guests Services can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION:

Please instruct your guests that their reservations may be made by calling 1-503-370-7888 or toll free at 1-800-248-62.73.  Please instruct your guests to acknowledge the name of the group and request the group rate when making their reservations.  This procedure will ensure that each guest is charged properly and your guest room block credited accordingly.

Please advise your guests, should they find it necessary to change their plans, to please inform us by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

We have informed our Reservations Department that your attendees will make their own reservations prior to the cut-off date, August 3, 2012.  All reservation requests received after this date will be subject to space availability.  Once an individual reservation has been made, all changes should be made directly through our Reservations Department.

On August3, 2012, the unused portion of your guestroom commitment will revert back to the hotel for general sales.  Reservations received after the cut off date will be subject to space and rate availability.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS:

Please note that all reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, (equal to one

night's room rate + appropriate taxes), or be guaranteed with a major credit card.  The hotel cannot hold

reservations unless guaranteed by one of the above methods.
